I am by no means a nutritionist, but by juicing you are extracting the nutrients out of the fruits and vegetables. The left over pulp if primarily fiber. By juicing you can add fruits and veggies (most of the time veggies) that have amazing nutritional value, but may not taste that great. For example, you can add broccoli to a juice recipe that contains sweet juice like apple or pineapple. You are getting all the benefits without drinking broccoli juice!
